At Sufaid, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it reaches you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code may be eligible for exchange only, not a monetary refund, unless the item is defective.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our official channels. Share your order number, photos showing the defect or error, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever applies.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team by email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 5: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using your original payment method:

Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refunds are credited to the original card within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued by bank transfer or digital wallet.
5. Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process once delivered.
