At Sufaid, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, along with the delivery options available to you.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the chosen shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum cart value advertised on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this number to follow your shipment until it reaches you.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Sufaid is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or a failed delivery, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery more than once. If you are not available to receive your order, please coordinate with the courier using the tracking details provided. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts may be returned to us, and standard return procedures will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. International Shipping
We only ship internationally at Customer’s request. Shipping and custom duties will be paid by customer.
