5. Pricing & Availability

All prices on the Sufaid website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing or system error, Sufaid reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders.

6. Order Placement & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation by email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges your request but does not form a binding contract until the order has been processed and dispatched. Sufaid reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch and provide a full refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Sufaid is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, or unforeseen events. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available).
Free Shipping: Available on orders above the minimum cart value advertised on our website.
